I love them!
Published on 11/01/11 at 23:31I have owned a pair of Yamaha S115V CLub Series speakers for years and have had great success with them. But these are cheap and you get what you pay for. I have never had a problem related to the speaker farther than an easily replaced blown woofer because of a malfunctioning amp. I have used them for countless hours and hundreds of gigs and, sometimes with subs, using a 250 watt per channel Mackie amplifier and they have always been sufficient however more wattage will help get out that final oomph. When I first got them I was blown away by the sound quality and quantity, but bying a pair of speakers that cost three times as much has raised my standards. They handle everything well as...…

When I first got them I was blown away by the sound quality and quantity, but bying a pair of speakers that cost three times as much has raised my standards. They handle everything well as I play a variety of music. They have good bass but for big rooms subwoofers are a must. That being said, if you need speakers around this price you might not find anything better
It was as simple as a CE2000 and a Ultrafex Pro by behringer, knocks these spkr's into next week. I was using a PLX 1604 and I wasn't getting the chest thumping, floor vibrating bass, I'm getting now. Loads of head room to spare unbelievable sound! These speakers sound good at any volume crystal clear, bass sounds good I use a qsc gx5 power amp and these speakers thump my first speakers i ever brought had them for about six months. Ever one love how they sound at a party loud and clear. You will not need a sub for small to medium size venues. They sound fantastic and really pump out the volume. Voices are crystal clear, they have very good low end, and the overall sound generates very positive responses from clients. These will fit in your car without a problem, and they will fit your budget. Great deals online with these as well!

I have them for two years. I have purchased in single S115 Version ((not C115 are more beautiful but also chres - the tweeter is the same (2 ") there is an error in the docs) purchased in super promo at the corner store. I jump on it. Despite everything they cotent to nothing and are of excellent quality! They are moquetes so it never will traces of stripes. In listening, I clearly boosts the treble with ProcC 10 dBA at 20 kHz and a bit medium 700 Hz and decreases a little lower medium Hz -3.5 dB for them sound a little more professional and less-mobile disco sound. bloated block they accept these corrections without flinching and seem to love it even has ... Everything with Diverack dbx. I associate the (4) with two subs Meyersound 650-R2 and adcolle !!! Awesome! I dviss the facade grid in order to insert the trans-sound black foam Meyersound (among Dispatch) similar to the tweeter, and they are more beautiful ... (I did not want to mtallique grid C115 front tweeters)
The result is stupfiant! It is almost with L-Acoustics ... (I exagre)
A case for the quality provided. Congratulations (again) Yamaha!
PS: I operated the head down

How long have you use it? For over 10 years
What thing do you like most and least? most reliability, performance, power
Cons: Lack of bass heavy, carpet
How would you rate the quality / price? With experience, you do again this choice?
Without hesitation, for 10 years of intensive use without any problems, I believe that today it is no longer possible. Especially now that yamaha the same without carpets

True to Yamaha S 115
Published on 02/23/12 at 11:00 (This content has been automatically translated from French)I use 115 S for 10 years!
I bought a 2nd pair after 5 years and 4 Rotate perfectly!
As a musician, what I appreciate most is the roundness of the sound (if good food), the bass and treble have an accurate record.
We must add an external benefits for Sub.
What I like least: Their Weight! almost 30 kg
I wanted to change for JBL Eon 515 amplified but, what a disappointment!
I tried the sound system, Here is the disaster.
Even if they are heavy they have at least the advantage of working well and what they require at the base.
Price / Quality Excellent! an enclosure within 400 € that works like that!
Important note: Never fault.
If needed, I would resume the same without...…
