Maxon unveils via a video the prototype of the next generation of its OD808 overdrive pedal.
The OD808X is a boosted version of the OD808 Overdrive Reissue effect pedal for guitar. It uses the same circuit but it was modified in order to generate more gain, headroom and offer improved tone control.
As you will see in the comparison video, the OD808X is still a prototype, we’ll have to wait to see it in our local stores.
