[NAMM][VIDEO] Fender launches its 1st line array

With Expo, an amplified portable system that is introduced at the Winter NAMM Show 2014, Fender gets into the line array world.

Expo is a compact line array equipped with a 150W Class D bi-amplifier. The system comprises a subwoofer with dual 6.5” ferrite magnet speakers and a detachable passive aluminum array in which Fender installed eight 3” neodymium medium speakers and one 1” neodymium tweeter located at the top of the column.

Fender announces a 120° projection angle and the subwoofer base includes pads for maximum stability. You’ll also find on the sub separate volume controls for each element as well as XLR and RCA stereo inputs and XLR stereo outputs.

The Fender Expo is designed for medium-size venues of up to 300 people.

Here is a presentation of the Fender Expo system at the NAMM Show 2014, and you can find more info at www.fender.com.
