Best value: Excellent
I work alone on a PC, so I needed quality material, with few inputs and outputs, all at an affordable price.
4entrées/4sorties analog 96 kHz and so on. (See other comments and data sheet)
config: AMD 64 3200 +, Asus K8N-E Deluxe, 1024MB DDR Samsung, Seagate 200GB HDD 7200rpm 8MB cache, NVIDIA Geforce 6800GT (ASUS), one Maxtor 80GB hard drive in a box that looks like a broken toaster ( connect land), Altec Lansing CS21.

I use it for the sound of singing, guitar, bass. I also use a MIDI keyboard (on MIDI / gamepad independent) and VST instruments. All under cubase.
I use a presonus preamp TubePre lamp.

10/10 for the use I make of

UTILIZATION

No problem, open the PC, we make sure to have some distance from the PCI and AGP graphics card (not create conflict, it seems) is pushed the card into the port, is screwed, is closed , finished.
I decided to do a reformat and reinstall windows so that everything is clean (do not forget to disable the integrated audio chipset in the bios if there are integrated chipset). The card is easy to use, efficient machine panel.
That is, if it is a notice in English a little short (but very useful)
no conflict, ras

9 for the manual a bit tacky

GETTING STARTED

The drivers appear to be stable.
I get a 1ms latency in cubase in 24 bits 96khz, which is more than adequate
of the use I make of this card, I never led to record more than two tracks (left + right) together
I did the update of drivers and I have not seen any difference.

10/10 because it sounds good, it's cheap, it's easy to use

OVERALL OPINION

I have now for several months and she fulfilled her role very well. I use the preamp for a little boost input which otherwise is a bit feeble for taking the microphone or line.
I had, before using a chipset built into my motherboard, I hear the difference
The value for money is excellent, I even think it's the best that we can find on the market. This card semi pro really works for solo musician who records in his corner, but who wants quality at a lower price.
I had a little trouble finding it, obviously, it is really made. The only difference with 66 is that there has not spdif.
If I had the choice, I still have a repeat. With a preamp, it's really a very good card.

9 / 10 because the inputs slightly lower
