After learning about several complaints, I decided to reach out to Loop-Master Pedals to inquire about the situation that had been causing concern among customers a few years ago. It came to my attention that the owner had faced significant life-threatening complications, which I was previously unaware of, leading to delays in fulfilling orders. He shared that he has been steadily working to address the backlog of orders while also fulfilling new ones. Ordering was simple, I had it in my hands in about a week after ordering it. Ordered on 4-25-24 arrived 5-3-24.

Loop-Master Pedals is taking orders (and money) but they no longer fulfill them.

Countless "customers" have placed complaints online about unfulfilled orders and no response from the companies customer service.

Some have investigated and found that the owner has passed away, which means someone is still "running" the company to take orders but has no intentions of honoring those commitments.

At this point, I am out $100.00 (I gave the company the benefit of the doubt due to COVID, but my period for fraudulent claims on my credit card has now expired).

Save your hard-earned money and avoid this company like the plague. They are running a scam at this point. There are other companies that make the same type of product and actually have them in stock for shipping out within days (instead of the 12+ months this company used to make customers wait).

In short, Loop-Master Pedals is no longer a trustworthy business. They are stealing people's money at this point.

I placed an order with Loop-Master for an 8 loop strip September 2017 and received the pedal August of 2018. Thats 11 months. Communication was fine the whole time. I was polite about it, but 11 months... Also, it would seem that he is no longer burnishing the edges of the aluminum so there are very sharp edges all around. The one I ordered before that took less time but it arrived with an led not working which he rectified pretty promptly. Just wish the wait times would be improved and ensure that the edges aren't sharp and that there isnt loose pieces of solder rolling around inside the pedal. 11 months is long enough to get these details right. Other than that, they do seem to be pretty reliable.
