Pioneer debuts the DJC-WeCAI cable

Pioneer adds to their accessory line the DJC-WeCai cable for users of the DDJ-WeGo and DDJ-Argo who wish to use their controllers with the iPad.

With the Pioneer DJC-WeCai cable, iPad users equipped with the Algoriddim djay app can play the music stored in their iTunes library on the DDJ-WeGo and DDJ-Ergo controllers and manipulate them in real time (scratch, mixing, hot cue, sampler and effects).

If you use the Algoriddim vjay app, the cable will give you the ability to scratch, mix pictures, videos and sound and access the Pulse Control feature.

The DJC-WeCai Y-cable features one USB Type A port that plugs to the iPad (requires the Apple USB camera kit or the Lightning to USB adapter) and two USB Type-B connectors for plugging the Pioneer DJ device and powering the system (power adapter is not included). The cable will charge the iPad and power the DDJ-WeGo/DDJ-Ergo controllers.

The Pioneer DJC-WeCai cable will be available in May, 2013, for $35. More information available at pioneerdjusa.com
