Thread Fruity Loops not exporting, WHY NOW

I need some help, I feel like ive tried everything... Im reasonably new to FL Studio 5, just use it to create my drum loops and use all my own samples etc. Anyway, whenever I try to export this song, it all works until I open the wav/mp3 file to hear nothing but a loud distortion then silence... All of my other save files export fine but this one, I have also tried re installing fruity loops. Any help would be much appreciated.
