How do I open and install this program? The download is simply Specan_1.2.0.2_Win_64bit with no file extension. I am running Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. Thank you in advance.

Maybe it is a Russian spyware program, it doesn't have an installer for Macs either.

there are .zip files with no extension, so you'll have to add it manually

I opened the .zip file. All that is there is Specan.dll which does nothing when run.
