We'll finish this Freeware Week with Specan32, a spectrum analyzer for Mac and Windows by russian PiTone.
Specan32 is a third octave spectrum analyzer which GUI has been modeled from the 1980 Klark Teknik DN60.
The plugin adds filter and the full frequency scale of GOST 17168–82 standard.
Specan32 is available in VST 2.4 format for Windows 32 and 64-bit and Mac OS X Universal Binary. You can download it from www.pitonelab.ru.
