Digital reverb output environments of the 80's, 1984 to be exact.
VRS 2000 works in pseudo-stereo 1 input and 2 outputs. Therefore quantification of 16 bits and the bandwidth reaches 10 kHz.
Note an almost complete absence of breath out .. With 32 programs now pretty basic reverb hall, room, not linear, flat over a maximum of 99 seconds .. Different parameters are editable:
Reverberation time
Pre-delay (160ms max)
Attenuation of high frequencies etc. ..
This is also a 3-band parametric equalizer powerful amplitude correction is +12 dB to -24 dB!
UTILIZATION
Pretty simple to use but instructions required to understand the possibilities of this insane machine!
SOUND QUALITY
Absolutely incredible! Grandma's reverberation is extraordinary versatility, the effects obtained are simply astonishing well over a REV 7 YAMAHA the same time, a little below a PCM 60 LEXICON but it is also more universal than the latter.
The spatial dimension is excellent width and depth, the phase differences between channels rather than on a first-class quality. The stereo field seems plausible, coherent and homogeneous.
No audible snap, little flutter parasite and especially, I repeat, no breath audible even pushing levels.
OVERALL OPINION
I was lucky to find one used in very good condition (almost new) a few years ago, and believe me I do not regret a thing .. Do not have had before!
