Polyphony: 8
no effect
connectors: jack for audio in / out / phone - 2 midi in - 2 thru
Converters: no idea, what is sure is that it sounds Akai ...
standard memory, a small loop max 15.6 s
no utility (and honestly, no need ...)

UTILIZATION

use of simple, just have to read, it works ...
manual clear
single edition (entry point, exit - tonal adjustment - pitch transpose etc ...)

SOUNDS

converters, in my opinion, the color sample (compresses a bit). We like it or not, in any case, there's grain.

no effect

dynamics is very well respected. nothing to do with the internal samplers. computers (in general, the best of the best Macs and PCs) have not been designed primarily for sound. sound, nowadays, it is an electric signal abbord respected ... dedicate a machine to it with its power supply, its process, its components, dedicated only to send samples by noon will always sound better now than any of our pretty soft. impossible to make a REAL drum Hip / Hop - Dub without a true sampler.

Watch as the dimension of the sampler and MPC60 ASR10 for inimitable colors. ASP10 an akai midi sequencer to remove the computer. With samplers, keyboards (for controler) and ASP10, a composition is obtained noon, external, colorful and dynamic, where each element takes its place perfectly in the mix.

The computer will just save his processor will have nothing to calculate ...

Imagine ..

Ca adds to a good wiring and redo your elec, you're ready.

OVERALL OPINION

some other model tested and recognized. I think it takes several sampler to be operational. More = more dynamic sampler / color / width possible samples. The S01, certe enter range is perfectly suited to those who wish to leave the computer for composer / sampler. Very intuitive and easy to use, beginners can learn. Pourles used a S01 to 70E will always be useful in the rack ...
