«  very "fun" to use and not for techno! »

effects and especially the reverb is not great
too bad there have only 2 parties monophonic MIDI to control external synths, the ideal would have been 3 part monophonic, polyphonic and 2 hand for chords.
To circumvent the problem I synchronyse with Yamaha RM1-X.

UTILIZATION

very fun! can hardly be simpler (but may be a monotribe ...)
In addition, the manual is particularly well done, and it should be reported because it is often not the case.

SOUNDS

In fact, I misused techno and uses samples from this site:

http://samples.kb6.de/downloads.php

I load lots of vintage drum machines of the 70 - 80 and with my other synths (Juno 60, Moog Little Phatty, etc. ....) I made fun trips like this:

Well, of course it was not the original dynamic of BAR (over it colors the sound a bit) but they're still close and in any case it's enough for me!

OVERALL OPINION

Remember that this machine is essentially a sampler and not confined to a very specific style.
Of course it has its limits but also why it is easy to use.
On occasion, it is not very expensive: at 200-250 euros, it is well worth the time.

So for me a great product!
