i got this huitar at guitar center, for 420$. I decided to go with this rather then a standard start from fender...because epiphone guitars are cheaper gibsons, and because the g-400 looked so beautiful. i chose black, wich it looks awsome in.

I like the smoothe neck, allows you to slide easyier, and the comfortable frets for easy playing. I also love how this guitar looks, with its SG body. The stock pickups, are pretty good, for stock, but u can change them if u want....i didnt though.

the only really thing i noticed that was a downside....was because of its strap button placement... it allows the neck to be heavy, and if you let go of the neck the guitar slants downwards....no big problem though...it shouldnt be enough to stop anyone from buying this wonderful instrument.

Quality is great, the color black or red, looks awsome on this guitar....pickups are good....same thing i said above.

Awsome guitar for anyone, looks awsome, plays great...now go out and get it!
