This omni-directional microphone can be used in choral recording, or any other use omni. Personally it is to "catch" sounds that I buy this microphone because it may well be manipulated by hand.

The most being that you can dispense with phantom power by placing a battery in the microphone. (I took the sounds thanks to a minidisc and the microphone).

OVERALL OPINION

For use over and what I intended, this microphone fulfills its mission perfectly, I have not yet had occasion to use it as part of musical recordings.
In view of the price, this mic is really good.
