Value For Money : Poor
This is a micro electrostatic condenser, small capsule, which ncessite therefore a 48V phantom power.
Cardioid directivity, no attnuateur or low cut.

The placement of the capsule in the body of the microphone is acoustically quite absurd, it is recessed into the body of the microphone at least 4 or 5 millimtre and therefore surrounded by a cylinder mtal, then qu'idalement the capsule should be as much as possible outdoors.

I would put even when a note because, after all, a lot of expensive microphones do not offer anything more.

OVERALL OPINION

I possde a green (not got my trs, this gloss lacquer that illuminates the logo "JM27" described in a font too big a misnomer) I got a free promotional offer the purchase of double prampli "TwinQ" of the same brand.

I reu even today, and I made an IMMEDIATE test battery by plugging it into two pramplis: a Focusrite OctoPre LE (impdance in normal and low imp dance) and the Joemeek TwinQ (with and without transformer of thanks to the switch).

I possde also a pair of Oktava MK-012 and an SM57, and I have the exprience of many professional microphones (Neumann, AKG, Sennheiser MKH, etc.) that lends me or I find in the studio I go o.

To be clear, in absolute terms, this microphone is bad. Trsmdium, it does not possde beautiful brilliance that are sound or even gloss "tsk tsk" the aggressive Chinese. It does not really low non-plus is plutt draft, in fact. And the mdium, since there are, well, it's no joy either: some dynamics and distortion non ngligeable that does not leave the transparatre dtails.

But yes it is cheap, and when a micro achte the price of this one says that "boh me for what I did, I do not need something too well "and the mini-speakers of the PC plastic is not too much the difference. And when the benchmark is the Logitech mini-micro plastic foot or in a headphone gamer, then yes, we just find that the JM27 is a good microphone.

I'll keep it, adpanne still have some microphones and more drinking when I made the catch of his great live together (like orchestra and choir in a church), but will be the last use [edit few months later: no, it is unusable in its decision, I keep it as a micro-order because I'd be too ashamed to sell anyone.]

My rating is bad because for the same price, you should find the microphones, which default to be good, will be much better finished look prettier (or less hideous) and with a less crappy clip After the holding plastoc not come with the JM27.

[EDIT: I forgot to mention the windscreen! A joke! I have never seen something as ineffective, a tissue is better! For the price, other brands provide an aluminum case, has at least one storage box. The same as that has no package, there's really nothing to keep.]
