Atelier du El Welker of Claremont, NH introduces the El Welker line of Arch Top Jazz guitars.
The shop offers exotic woods used in its veneers, tailpieces, fretboards, bridges, knobs, and pickguards including bloodwood, purpleheart, satinwood, pearwood, tulipwood and more that Atelier du Welker are all crafted in-house.
The Atelier offers the leather-wrapped Rue du Royale model featuring teardrop soundholes, and custom leather tooling for a distinctive look that is “as sophisticated as it sounds, ” according to the company.
Other models include: Helios Prophet with S-shaped sound holes. Atelier Pro with Modern A style holes. Double Forte with the more traditional F holes. Tempress carved-top model with custom Pearl Mosaic inlay and your choice of sound hole. Stella Dante fretless arch top bass with Split Bock inlay.
All models feature:
- Grover tuners
- Kent Armstrong pickups
- 24 3/4" scale (except bass model, which is 34")
Model prices start at $6600 and are customizable.
Atelier du El Welker say it is now accepting single custom and small production orders.
