A transistor amplifier 100 watts (watts good) 2 in Speakers 12 ".
play: 2 input jack on the front, making footswtch, preamp in / out.
Basic settings: independent EQ for each channel (treble - mid - bass) + 1 reverb.
Footswith provided.
My rating is 8 / 10 because it is a very simple amp, which requires only a very short time an adaptation, with adjustments effective, yet a little more: the "mid contour", which allows meet the musicians, the most hard digging mediums. No surprises.
UTILIZATION
Configuration architecture again simple: the settings are made, they act to the extent appropriate about sound is obtained very easily sound correct. Manuel succinct but not very useful: once again, it's a basic amp, even a novice can navigate. We are far from setting accuracy of modeling amps extra complexity.
SOUNDS
I play Rock Retro funk rhythms Inpiration: This amp is really good, but as long as we stay in the channel clear, with a typical sound "fender", very bright and slamming (surprise poour an amp in this range price) with well proportioned settings, one can easily find one that sounds the "lamp" _ I use a '72 Telecaster Custom, which sounds very very hot humbucker in the neck (the perfect clean). Attention for the Distortion channel (!!!) for me, it is almost unusable! no grain, no personality, or almost inéficaces settings. quite the opposite of the clean channel.
However, for the overall sound, it is good. The speakers sound, and proper construction of the box make this amp really indestructible: it is all cash. Be careful though not to over boost the bass (when I use it at home in volume 3, there the glasses in the cabinet in the kitchen trembling, and I can hear them in my room, first floor)!
8 / 10, noting however that the main strength of this amp is its beautiful clear sound (very typical Fender). No saturation, and it must be said, reverb a bit useless (to replace), because really disgusting above 5 / 10 (effect "together in the catacombs").
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 2 months now and I'm really happy (again, only for his clear). Paid € 290 new, it's really a good product, very solid, and puisssant. I would definitely do it again this choice because the value for money is exceptional.
PS: Being very disappointed with the overdrive channel I bought a tube overdrive (Electro Harmonix), a "Muff'N Français), which sounds lovely. Thus, we exploit the sound quality clear, and we get a really fabulous, still warmed by the lamps, and very clean.
8 / 10, mainly for quality / price ratio very good, and also features (effects loop, etc. ...). With an adapted overdrive Separated (tube is better), it really is up! Another good point here with an ease of customization of its really Impeks.
Special Mention for its clear very nice for the price.
