Well for starters, is the amplification of the transistor.

The settings are gain, bass, middle (frequency and level for hot fashion with a beautiful palette distos) treble and volume for both Normal and Hot with a general reverb.

For the normal, there is an overdrive which gives a very nice crunch.
For the hot method, we have an X mode. The channel change and fashion is done each time by a small push button not necessarily very practical. For

SOUNDS

Yes, it is quite my style of music that ranges from blues to heavy metal through rock n roll and a big touch of glam.

I play this amp with a Gibson SG Special Faded (the best!). In Repeat ', I have my wah and my boss turbo overdrive.

Clearly, with the reverb, I can sound very good crystalline ballads of the 80s, a must.
By distortion, I get to be about what I want. Not good sound that Dimebag sound but very sharp at the ZZ Top and even pushing the middle I get to have a sound that is Eklundh (jsuis not sure of the spelling for the coup ...) Freak Kitchen .
In general the bass is well rounded, the gain has a good treble the capacity so short, I do not know much but just say before we can get a great sound very sharp, incisive with a beautiful grain!

Well after the negative side is that the footswitch was not with the small buttons and is really not practical especially with my big fingers who tend to climb too quickly gain knob right next ^ ^. Bah then it's simple, 65w transistor is well Repeat 'as there have battery. For trying on a small stage too, the high gain and the volume just enough to be heard but the sound becomes REALLY yucky ...

OVERALL OPINION

Since a good year, I had the 15w version just before.

I have not specifically tested other amps before buying, I came across it by chance and was able to get the sound I wanted quickly enough. I did not really know, I did not make big Repeat 'and the budget was cut so now I do not regret, it is easy to use for general use that I : scratch for hours in my room. For sure now if I had to take an amp for 200 euros, I would look more to the occasion, and with under a head lamp!
