UTILIZATION
Having a meter was not bad.
SOUND QUALITY
it's heavy. he brings a strong grain THD when you push the gain.
EQ is pure sound and creative fun.
OVERALL OPINION
1 year and an album with a pair. nothing to say. I brought change to have an insert between the gain and EQ. it is not symmetrical, but handy.
I do not have enormously high end other references (Avalon / ELI EL9 / chandler germ / Pacifica), but I love these preamps, especially for their EQ and strong as possible saturation.
