Preamp / router transistor half-rack 1U. Very well thought out.
4 entries in total, with 2 pre-amp XLR / jack and phantom power supply.
Two inserts, one effect send input used independently on all 4 channels.
Direct output for monitors with adjustable volume and output for recording.
With two headphone jacks for recording.
And extremely useful, 4 stereo inputs that do not pass by the computer, just to avoid having to constantly unplug the stuff.
In short, if it is taken to make batteries, it is useless, for cons in use "home studio" is very complete.
Only minor complaint, the power is on a external transformer ... bof.

UTILIZATION

Super simple, one branch, its settings are made as to any table, nothing to report of the special.

SOUND QUALITY

No distortion of the signal, the preamp is very good, fairly quiet, nothing special to report either.

OVERALL OPINION

It's been almost two months that I use the Omni I / O. I have no disappointment, it corresponds exactly to my needs. There are almost unrivaled in the market price / quality ratio. My advice is to take the Omni directly with the Delta 66 in pack (it's cheaper).
Simple and effective product, very good figure, "small" home studio does not even require a mixer with 4 stereo inputs for playback.
A very good product.
