UTILIZATION

This expander is really trs simple to use, no fuss useless ...
The amount of sound is imprssionante! We find all the classic Roland (JV SERIES, first generation of XP, and although the D50 sr machines and other legendary Roland!) Having had a JV880, by comparison, sound is much more "pchu" on the SC-D.
An interface vritable Audio / MIDI expander +, which allows to use only the expander for the home studio if you will, as you can find all you need to couraging good arrangements. I would call "the Swiss Army knife of Roland"
The number of I / O of any kind is also very practical, not to mention the quality converters enough to make good catches (Obviously it's not ...)

SOUNDS

I would say that the sounds may agree all styles of music so there!
The effects are basic but good quality.
The sounds I prfre?? low (especially synthetic), the strings, electric piano ... and drums!

OVERALL OPINION

I used 3 years .. first one, then I bought a deuxime!
What I like most is this ct "make music and do not worry about the expander." Under QBASE, it is placed in SC88 pro in the manager and it Up!
With the purchase, he silent about 4000/5000 francs ... ct given the price of a JV or XP (must say he makes less sound hack ct) but considering what price it is sold in time, well worth the cost! !
Obviously, given the current offer in terms of synth expander ... it is a bit Largu but can serve as trs "Swiss knife" in a studio. Good quick schemes ...
