I am currently building a home studio and was after some info on positioning of speakers and accoustic treatment.

Hello there! Personally I just have my speakers on the side of my pc-screen, but a good tip is to put them on top of rubber-mats on bricks (the same that is used when building houses). Each monitor should be placed upon 2-4 bricks, depending on how high you want your speakers.
