What about M-Audio 10/10LT and Tascam DP01FX?

Hello everybody.
The thing is, I have just started to get interest about recording and I will prolly buy a M-Audio 10/10LT and I am planning to get a Tascam DP01FX as well.
First of all, I'd like to say that I want to record drums, guitars (with some pedal distortion), bass and vocals. Is it a good idea to use the M-Audio card integrated with the TASCAM DP01FX? I am kind lost in my decision. I would like someone to give me a hand on this.
