If you want to connect a condenser mic to the computer, is that possible since a condenser mic uses phantom power? Or can i only use dynamic mics to connect to the computer...

Ray-

For a condenser, you wil need either a dedicated mic preamp with phantom power or a small mixer, also with phantom power.

Even with a dynamic mic, you'l get better results using a mic pre or a mixer with good mic pre's.
