1 Mixing desk output problem...
This is infuriating. :x

I've got two XLR to 6.35 plugs going from the mix out of my Spirit Folio F1 to my amp. One works but one doesn't. The lead that doesn't work is OK when I plug it into a mic and the input of the desk. The lead that does work is fine from both desk outputs and amp inputs. It seems the only time the lead doesn't work is when I use it as an output of the desk. Everything else is fine. I am confused.

Any idea?

it could be that the output on the desk is broken, or has a faulty connection. it may me that a wire is loose or something, check it out your self (but only if you are good with electrics) or get a repair bloke out!!

Hope this helps

If any cable at all works in the problem output, than the output is most likely good and you have a cable problem. If no cable works in that output, than you probably have a bad output.

I small investment in a Radio Shack multi meter is a must if you're going to run even a home studio.
