Aristides introduces the 060 guitar

The new Artistides Instruments electric guitar is similar to the 070, but features only 6 strings and will be on display at Summer NAMM 2014.

The Aristides 060 has a Stratocaster shape, with a one-piece C-shaped neck and body. Various options are available for this guitar including active or passive electronics, Hipshot Hardtail or Floyd Rose bridge and various pickup configurations (HH, HSS, SSS…).

The instrument feature an ebony fingerboard with compound radius (12” – 16”) and 24 medium jumbo frets, Hipshot Griplock inline locking tuners, Seymour Duncan/Bare Knuckle pickups on the active model or Seymour Duncan/EMG on the active one with a master volume, master tone and 5-way (passive) or 3-way (active) pickup switch.

The nut width on this instrument is 1.65” and the scale length is 25.5”. All the guitars are equipped with a scannable microchip.

Regarding the finish, you can choose between Mate Anthracite, White High Gloss on both versions and Deep Sky Bue Matt Metallic on the passive modem. The hardware is either chrome, black or golden.

Pricing of this new Artistides 060 starts at 2223€ excl. taxes for the version with Hipshot Hardtail bridge, passive Seymour Duncan pickups and black or white finish. Pre-orders are open at www.aristidesinstruments.com.
