UTILIZATION

The handle slides well but had to be changed (under warranty): frets took off! New neck, frets are in place, but I do not know if this is because of the jumbo frets, but I find offensive edges (especially game "crossed" by sliding along the shaft).
For the rest, it is a very nice guitar and versatile enough for what I play (sound very clear sound very saturated). I play mostly sitting, so I have trouble judging the weight. I say it seems pretty heavy.

SOUNDS

I play mostly hard rock (taken from my group of 80's and 90's) and it lends itself very well. I use almost exclusively the microphone bridge, the neck pickup seemed to me too "muted". In retrospect, I regret that there is no "middle" single coil for versatility (especially for clean sounds, it saturates easily on my Vox VT15).

OVERALL OPINION

I've had two years now (or nearly so). This is a guitar that can be fun, especially when you leave it there after 20 years of break!
The price / quality ratio seems to me quite correct. The satin black finish (matt) was a nice surprise upon delivery (online orders).
For the next, I will take the time to do fittings, and so I doubt that I will persevere in Cort, but it is a very good guitar to start or get back to after a long hiatus.
