Made in the U.S., it has a classic Strat bridge 6 points vintage type ...
The handle (snack bracket) is C, radius 7.25 (it seems that the handle is flat ...).
Frets: 21 ... etc.

UTILIZATION

Unpleasant in an average ergonomic handle ... Access to acute is the same as a real strat ... For sound: see below ...

SOUNDS

To empty the guitar sounds quite a lot, which suggests that care has been taken to the violin ... (I doubt that the makers of the firm actually brings ... The last band was not tapered when I received it, it is to say ...).
When you plug: we have the right to a fairly typical sound exactly the so-called 60's Mexican (this is the first impression I had) so already ...
The output level is very low, microphones starved dynamic despite a small characteristic grain, admit it, is still significant ...
The neck pickup is quite round but blunt, the medium microphone is fairly neutral ... As against the bridge pickup has a good grain country, just as the Tele ...
When pressed a bit on the ropes in the style of SRV, we feel that the pickups are not cashing of all shades of attacks, which is unfortunate ...
Having tested several series including The authentic strat 62, it is really missing ...
The coasts of the handle are already not at all respected (the key is too thick making it difficult to climb the rope high enough ...), microphones weaklings too short, marketing coup ...
For those who invest in such a guitar just to get better than U.S. standard, it can be done but for those who invest hoping to get the sound of the time, to forget!

All that has taken him to me to change a few parts on the guitar ...
So I replaced the original bridge (with this game unbearable in the whammy bar ...) by a bridge of better quality at Callaham ... Result: no game in the bar and a small addition of harmonics and sustain: it's better!

microphones is not up to it, I replaced by French in Hepcat pickups that want exact replicas of microphones strats 64 Series L. ..

Result: we begin to approach the thing ... The output level is larger and has more dynamic ... However, the grain remains the same but with a bit more mids I'd say ... Nevertheless, the changes are not great in the sense that a custom shop could do better ...

Finally, in this guitar, do not expect a real reissue, this is pure bluff ... Changing rooms are finally worth more kick either to the price ... It's better but not obvious ...

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for almost 4 years ... The quality / price is justified (if you think XXI) ...
I do not think I would do this choice, the description of the instrument and the "reissue 62" character are completely cans ...
