A strat, neither more nor less, although I would have liked noiseless pickups but hey, at this price ... I am therefore 8.

UTILIZATION

In strict terms of use, bah this is a strat. A priori everybody knows! The handle is very nice, it has a good grip. The rosewood fingerboard is fairly soft.
The guitar is well balanced, the standard weight (it weighs three tons not like a Les Paul) and access to acute is easy enough.
But be careful because past the 17th fret, the notes tend to be slightly distorted. We need to make slight bends to compensate.

I put so again an 8.

SOUNDS

Again no surprise. It is a strat. The sound is bright and rather thin. I was very surprised because U.S. compared to standard models, it has a very warm, round bass. All for much cheaper! And yes, the Stars and Stripes worth its weight in gold (not always justified).

On the neck pickup, it is clearly bluesy tones, sounds very Hendrix and I love it! Through the microphone excels in funky rhythm, the sound is bright and well coated. The bridge pickup sounds it offers more country, so far without being able to compete with the telecaster. It also sounds very good rock and punk / rock with a slight drive. on the other hand you can forget the big distos, this is not the playground!

I play a lot Laboga alligator who put value in this guitar, I really like all the sounds, heat, brightness, sound hendrix anything. The sound spectrum is really wide open! Metalheads pass your way on this guitar.

OVERALL OPINION

I use this guitar with great pleasure for 5 years, I still can not find major fault blame him ... After all, when you take a strat, we know what we want and what to expect!

For this particular model, the + are:

-The price!
The mechanical-that add vintage charm
The excellent sound-blues / funk and rock (60's and 70's)
-The pleasure of playing on a real strat!
-The reliability of the instrument (never had any problems with)

-No noiseless pickups
-The maple fingerboard have been proposed ...

I put that 9! Very good guitar, which has not finished rave!

Guitar made in Mexico, with a trim level higher than other Mexican. Maple neck, 21 frets, 3 single coil Strat a basic brief. The pickups are not noiseless but a very good sound anyway because of 9/10.

UTILIZATION

Very nice guitar to play for hours with a reasonable weight, the sound is excellent but the clean guitar is not made for the modern metal (you can still play the Guns' n Roses, Iron Maiden, Led Zeppelin .. .) because of its basic microphones. You can put simple micro size double coils to ameliorate this problem or else little trick I've found, set the switch so as to put two microphones on at the same time, which almost gives the impression of a double winding. For access to treble solos is ultra easy.

SOUNDS

If one chooses a strat, it's mostly for his versatility. It should therefore have all styles of music from blues / jazz rock to heavy metal (again attention to background noise). I play with a marshall amp transistor low-end or sometimes with a tube amp, all the time with a distortion pedal and an overdrive and sometimes a wah for solos Hendrix or Slash (Slash I know with a Strat this sounds weird but it sounds better and is nicer than the Les Paul Studio which are more expensive). What's the numbers can have nothing but the selector buttons and tone of the guitar it's crazy.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it since April I just changed the strings for Ernie Ball Cobalt because I do not like super light gauge supplied with the guitar because once granted half tone lower you got over a lot of tension in the strings. I tried an imitation Les Paul and Les Paul studio before purchasing this choice and I would do the price / quality ratio is very good. I may be putting noiseless pickups but I'm not on good equipment because with the background noise is minimal.

I have a Strato US 6 years and must not be older than ca. So pretty standard configuration (see Opinion Previous).

UTILIZATION

The handle is fairly typical of the types "Strato" enjoyable, but not particulirement fast. Access in acute is correct - no more. It is true that compared my Ibanez I can not really sail will on the bottom of the handle. But it still remains.
The good point is that the guitar is not too heavy and handles easily.

SOUNDS

Quite frankly, this is MODEL - I think - versatile enough on some styles of music. The pickups are so lacking in power - especially the high - it will spend another guitar if you want to sound a little louder. I play on a Vetta HD (200W) that sounds great with my Ibanez - however I have to get the maximum gains on the Strato and the amp for what spits something in saturated. The crunch is just right (neck pickup position you leave all of the same riffs pretty cool) but you have to push the amp that sounds. The clear sound when he is good, but lacks depth (despite qualisation)

Hard fans, this guitar is not for you!

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 6 years - but I stopped the dernire anne - passing on another guitar.
I like the blues crunch and then the "face" (as it reminds me of many of my "guitar heroes!").
I like less the fund that is a little cheap plastic, the power of microphones, the rapidity of the handle.

These Mexican strats "Classic 50 and 60" are for me the perfect example of what should be the era of the Fender, guitars beautiful, well assembled but remain simple. UTILIZATION

This is my strat Premire, I always jou on gibson, beginners and has "drle" the handle to the CSTA bomb treble, the bends 15 APRS m box ...!!! and then with time and some rglages you get used to (it took me several months ...). the right hand also needs time to get a guitar ... I AIM lgre a little more, but hey ... mine is pink and everyone made fun of me, then I just pumice with a sponge for dishes and now she looks a little less guitar barbie ... I must say that the original pickups faisainet me puke and I put Kent Armstrong ... and it sounds serious! (Run "texas", central vintage, acute cramique). I broke a lot of strings at the saddles of vibrato and I put Graphtech (must say that I fit into it ...), and then Agreement was wrong so I changed the nut (for a Graphtec) and I put KLUSON wraps (I malmne pretty vibrato ...) since everything is going well trs!

SOUNDS

With the changes prcites is a formidable versatility, and the five positions are all used some trs unsuitable types and that certain types of music, but there is always a position that suits the style we want to play (from jazz to hard). positions 2 and 4 are types and (by connecting the microphones correctly) there is no hum in the neck position ... well as type and bridge position is a killing with all the imaginable saturations ! over the power of micro acute cruncher can do a clean sound when pushed hard (I only play on amps lights !!!). In fact everything goes in clear and saturated with any position. The tones are trs useful and allows the volume by lowering it to play almost in the clear with some distortion in the treble crushes all the same, but it's not worse! by adjusting the volume and tonality gives a staggering array of sounds intrressants (vol. 3 to 10 and tone between 3 and 7). Since I can not play with something else (I possde including a historic 54 goltop a ES135 with P90, and 52 tl manufactures home with a P90 in neck, a hotrails splitable of kent Armstrong in acute, with a 5 pos.)

OVERALL OPINION

I have 3 years and it took me a year to understand it, change the spices that do not suit me, finding the right rglages and me hands on it ...! I think this quitar a modest price allows for "sound", but I have to like it prcise guitars characters! I jou dozens of guitars from all backgrounds, and I can say that has nothing do with the cort ibanez and other "copies" ... it's an Asian wild horse that must be ie tame! not a pair of slippers ... rodes dj! it does not fit his master, on the contrary, but that's what makes it so charming! a big personalis who knows how to rev discrte if necessary. we love or we dtest! if I could afford one I would ptr SERIES L until it will do the ...

C handle very nice rounded curve fairly (my brother has a Fat Start and Southwestern c'eet really not the same handle)

- I play blues and rock 60's "crunchy" on a little bit saturated Vox Cambridge 15 W
(A single lamp in the prampli), so you qualify for depending on your amp and your rglages

position 1 (bridge pickup): INTERESTED clear sound, but not Fully convinced ...
position 2 (bridge pickup and middle pickup): INTERESTED much, especially in the fingers arpges
position 3 (middle pickup): trs good for the rhythmic sounds clear, like "Tequila"
position 4 (neck pickup and middle pickup): the best position for the little blues saturbr /> position 5 (neck pickup): the best position for the more saturated blues or rock solos
I personally RULES the knobs between 5 and 10 for positions 1 3 (clean sounds)
And between 7 and ... bottom positions 4 and 5, to find the "grain" Blues for Me

OVERALL OPINION

I was looking for a Strato Fidler sounds and design of the 60's to play mostly blues
and I'm not (bought new in Brussels in May for about 700 Euros).
In white finish with a superb rosewood fingerboard, it has a small ct Hendrixien that made me crack all the microphones to sound more "round" and less of Strato slaps "Highway One".

It gives its full potential with a 100 W amplifier "two-body" while a cabinet lamps and 4 hp 12 "
I had a BMD convincing the store ... BOGNER amp on.
With a 15 W amp is a bit just for the "big sound" without a disto like Daddy O '
Only small BMOL meet: rod trmolo a little too much play in the slot, so go easy! It's not a vibrato "Floyd Rose", so you take it for Eddie Van Halen

UTILIZATION

Channel super comfortable (very practical for my small hands).
strato ACCS acute form so without much prob.
guitar a bit heavy. I m expecting a slightly lighter. if the average weight for a stratum.
beautiful rosewood fingerboard. a bit of "curling" on certain strings (usually from the 15th fret) but with a proper adjustment, more problems.
The big disadvantage for me, c is the Truss rod adjustment at the heel (near the microphone). c is not practical at all.

SOUNDS

J loves her. vacuum and with amp. I am very very very very far from being a pro, but for my level c is great.
I play mainly blues. to crystalline sounds, it is perfect. good sustain. custom micros enough but lacking a little punch.
it is less polivalente a Fender Start Standard. but hey, with good adjustment at the amp (and multi-effects pedal), you can play almost no matter what.

OVERALL OPINION

Perfection does not exist. not 10. but it s close.
c is a guitar for people looking for a particular product. in form of the handle, it will not please everyone, and microphones lacking the panache limited in its use (in a rock band, it can do a little light).
For my part, "small" hands (well not anything long fingers) and without much experience, it is more than perfect.
to compare Fender Mex and the United States, I would say that we see (and feel) a diffrence between the two types of manufacturing. the US is superior. however, the s Mex draws more that honorably. She did not blush. the rest RAPORT qualitprix bluffing. The superiority of the US does not justify in my opinion the difference in price.

Channel minijumbo with rosewood, represents for me the top in terms of comfort.
Beware of big "bendeurs", beyond the box 15, the radius increases the wrinkling compared to 9.5 used on modern strats. (In proportions trs acceptable.).
-The highlight: the typical vintage sound, clear and sensual softness prcis from the crystalline phase out for sounds clairs.En crunch is gnial, especially on a Marshall MG or we find the red hot , hendrix and srv.En saturated fat, it takes the road but it is not his cup of tea.

In short, it is, and I possde 7 Stratocasters all nationalities, from the zero (Core 90) on top (Start + Lone star ...), and a great pice (I p to my words.).

-I played on a fender 93 hybrid that sounds good to trs clairsdes crunches drinking for the rest bof.Sur a micro cube MODELLING trs is cool in twin and marshall.
Sounds strat-vintage prcis plain (but not aggressive.) Crunch and velvety and slightly less in its prcis crade.C is trs roots and not at all like a modern standard strat + Start.

OVERALL OPINION

-I for 1 month and wonder complte my collection of strats.
-I know the strata and this is a SERIES vritable bargain.
Excellent price-quality report.
-In 20 years everyone will want these strata, so get yours Maitena.
Single-default: the hum that increases with the gain (inhrent all strata ...); but when your hands rest on the steel strings, it's magic.
A-9 overall.

Made in Mexico, of very good quality in my opinion ... 21 frets, etc.. (No longer presents Start ...)

UTILIZATION

Channel pleasant, with highs CASC relatively easy (it is a strat what!), Lightweight ... So stand up and play for a few hours poses no problem (in my case anyway).

negatives point is that mine pasmal frieze is enough dsagrable ... but I have to spend at the maker of all fawn.
Overall, it n'tait not very good when I RULES Reue (good surprises for mail ^ ^).

SOUNDS

It is well suited my style of music (blues / classic rock), but not really comfortable when Poussel distortion (any fawn is not a stratum for n'achte play hard.)
I use it with a vox AD30VT (sounds are crystalline, clacking, we get a nice vintage sound, but it has all the same limitations ...) Beyond a certain volume of the sound too saturated drool a little.
As I said prcdemment like clean sounds of this guitar; the BMOL, is that right now I'm in my PERIOD hard rock and can not me fully satisfy ... UNESCORecords for the stratum, the ideal is to have another guitar with humbuckers good, and you can play everything!

I use it for over a year and I'm always happy ... if you're a fan of blues / rock, this guitar is perfect, eten Moreover, one can easily find a good price. (I bought 555 on Thomann => very good report qualitprix)

I think if I were to buy a Start, I would take the same, but in Classic Player '60s. (Which ignores just 10 euros more than mine on Thomann, but I did not notice when placing order ^ ^. It seems to me that the 2 guitars are almost identical, except that the microphones of the Classic Player out of the custom shop)
