Made in Japan!
21 frets. (Very worn on my model dating from 1985.)
3 micros simple.
Easel "Hardtail". (No tremolo on my hand model.)
3 knobs: volume, tone micro center micro neck tone.
5-way switch.
Rosewood handle.

Note that the product picture is that of my guitar with me. ^ ^

Everything is assembled in Japan. Lifts up the bridge signed "Fender Japan". A violin and a finish simply wonderful! (Again the picture is not visible super ...) Admire me just the sunburn! The reds are much more intense than the current models I've seen so far. I broke down at once or I saw it. Finally fell in love you probably know ...

UTILIZATION

The neck is quite nice and quite easy to play if we neglect the very worn frets marked on my model still dating from 1985. ^ ^ (She is older than me XD)
No problem for access to acute, as always there ...
It is a bit heavy but extremely comfortable thanks to the shape of the body.
I'm not well acquainted with the layers in general, so no (2 tone knobs ... I no longer includes me XD) I still can not really get the sound I want ... X) But it's the experience that I miss so it will come.

SOUNDS

Perfect for playing Pink Floyd, or anything else except the metal of course. x)
The range of sound is really huge compared to my first guitar and I myself lost a bit of blow.
I play mostly on my little Marshall 15dfx when I'm too lazy to plug in everything, except when I want a real sound is JamLab + Amplitube + headphone, and there ... is the seventh heaven!
In very good clean sound, maybe a little less distortion ... (With the original pickups ...)

OVERALL OPINION

I did that for several days but it does not leave me for a moment!
I no longer touch my Ibanez little except to make things really nags.
I love the color of a red sunburn absolutely beautiful, black plate (white is good but a little classic ...) and body shape really comfortable.
The wear of the frets gives me a headache especially the bends but nothing else.
I already tested the American Stratocaster from a friend and his level they are worth.
Mine is maybe a little less clean but not that 5 years it ...
I got used to $ 700 (if we forget the shipping costs and customs that were not given ...) a type of Mexico. A true poverty when you know the reputation of the Fender Japan ... ^ ^

I wanted that a Start in Japan sunburn.
Suffice to say that I am far from being disappointed. ^ ^
In short, I do not intend to change guitar before a loooong time!
