UTILIZATION
This is really very nice stratocaster
The profile of the handle is curious at first but very pleasant and comfortable. The varnish is thin, not sticky, and the profile is slimmer and faster than standard handles profiles.
The balance is good, healthy weight, and CHAC to comply with acute caractristiques of stratos.
The vibrato is not a Floyd, but used without the rush, it takes the agreement properly.
The sound? WAAAAOUUUUHHHH gnial! Much more character than most I've tried stratos (MEX, U.S. or Squier), it excels in crystal clear tones.
Knopfler fan, run it a try!
SOUNDS
But the sound ... it's really the glove! This guitar vibrates, lives, and sends heavy for clean and crunch. The pickups are really good ... and body frne helps, I think, its sonority particulire.
Unless a BMOL for the bridge pickup is really very sharp and I replaced with a <span class="reviewTitle">Seymour Duncan SjbJ-1</span> "Jeff Beck Jr" Humbucker size of a single-coil that sends large in a more blues / hard rock on a Marshall.
In his clear, this skyscraper is located between a Stratocaster and Telecaster, with its crystalline sounds a tone above the standard pickups, it excels in rhythmic funk, slamming it, incisive ... It looks like they removed the veil that muffles the sound of stratos standard.
In its saturated the neck pickup is terrible for solos, and the perfect set for crunch fawn Hendrix or SRV.
The bridge pickup was too loud my taste ...
OVERALL OPINION
Buy 520 1 year ago on a site of Lille guitar, after you had the opportunity to try it at length.
I had tried many others, and much more CHRISTIAN, but none made me vibrate as much as this one.
I just modified 2 things: replacing the bridge pickup by <span class="reviewTitle">Seymour Duncan SjbJ-1</span> "Jeff Beck Jr" and a bone nut.
She is very beautiful with a beautiful sleeve, crying sound ... I do not know what price it was sold.
The report qualitprix is exceptional for a guitar that has as much qualitsrunies!
