Mexican manufacturing
Alder body badly dried, the grain appears in relief in the paint!

UTILIZATION

Handle quite round but nice
Good ergonomics due to chamfered body
Access to the latest freight but can not easily
The original string is not like me at all (Fender Super Bullets 9-42), I'm used to 10-46 and I like playing with rubber bands.
The lift does not look very reliable, unless the de-tuning continuous vibrato come (?)

SOUNDS

I will not speak of her because I changed the pickups for DiMarzio upon receipt of the guitar, I put a note in relation to the quality of the original pickups.

OVERALL OPINION

I've had a couple of days, I used it twice again, but it will join his cousin SG J in the corner of "unreliable" guitars.
I still loved the maple neck with its varnished button, the overall look, the comfort, the Fender logo and "Made in Mexico" is on the back of the head!
I wanted a Strat Arctic White with maple neck less than € 500 and the Fender logo, but in my opinion, it does not measure up to a G & L Tribute Legacy which is the same price.
