The new Swirl Finish applied to the Fender Standard Series uses multiple colors worked in a swirling marble style. The random process results in very unique finish so that two guitars won’t look the same.
The Standard Stratocaster HSS Swirl has an alder body, a maple neck with a modern C shape, rosewood fingerboard with 21 medium jumbo frets, 9.5" radius and white Dot inlays. Nut width is 1.650" and scale length is 25.5".
The guitar is equipped with two Standard Single Coil Strat pickups in neck and middle position and a Standard Humbucker bridge pickup, all being controlled by a master volume, two tone knobs and a 5-way switch.
This Strat HSS Swirl also features a vintage-style bridge with 6 saddles and a tremolo, as well as a 3-ply black/white/black pickguard.
The Standard Telecaster Swirl features an alder body, a maple neck/fingerboard with modern C shape, 21 medium jumbo frets, 9.5" radius, 1.650" nut width and 25.5" scale length.
Fender included two Standard Single-Coil Tele pickups, a master volume, a master tone and a 3-way pickup switch, as well as a 6-saddle Standard bridge with string-through-body and a 3-ply black pickguard.
The price of these new Swirl guitars is $739.99.
