MGR/Mighty Max « Ibanez GRX720 »
Published on 03/17/03 at 15:00I got this in a shop thats quite close to where I live. I preordered it after the original Ibanez (6-string) was sold. They told me the Ibanez they had in stock, and being a KoRn fan and knowing what they play, I thought id ask boust 7's. They had one and I went for it at about £250. Pretty good me thought.
The thing rocks. Dropping the extra b# string down to an A, korn songsa becum a dodle. This also allows you to play other songs written in normal tuning. The pickups are great and the tunning pegs feel godly. The tremolo isnt floydd rose(thank god) and sounds a beast.
the input jack is really shit and always needs tweaking
pretty damn good
buy them if you want to play korn or any other hard rokin' tunes and your strapped for cash
