Guitar made in Japan in 1999 to 24 units listed on the site Jcustom.
The guitar is a mahogany table covered with ash. The shape is that of a small stratabound ergonomic cutouts in the body of the guitar to the ratings and the knee are well suited. The neck is maple 3-part key Ebony is superb craftsmanship
The guitar is very balanced as sitting and standing.
The fittings are colored smoke
24 jumbo frets like extra, 2 DiMarzio Tone Zone humbucker bridge and Dimarzio PAF Pro in neck
A piezo sensor in the vibrato. The 5 way switch allows different micro mixers. The piezo does not work at the same time as the magnetic it has its own selector to instantly switch the magnetic piezo. There are two output jack able to plug the guitar on two separate amp (acoustic and electric)
The bridge is a Low Edge Pro II tremolo of the rolls, mounted on ball bearing very stable easy to use.
The guitar has 3 potentiometers 1 volume + 1 tone for the magnetic pickups, one volume for the piezo

UTILIZATION

The handle is of type superwizard for those who know Ibanez sleeves ...
Disont it is slightly flattened rather late, that his section varies slightly depending on the level on the handle bars or easy to play solo. The radius is slightly marked. The frets are super jumbo.
Comfort and playability are amazing, access to acute is a formality for this type of guitar body neck junction is the 19th case the cutting of the body and neck junction are being played in normal position positions end up virtually the 22nd case ....
It weighs about 4.7kg well distributed no worries at this level
The sound is stunning! the combination of ebony and mahogany body of the table give Ash sounds very warm, the highs are bright but not aggressive, the sustain is similar to that of my Les Paul, in a "sound" with the piezo is really feel like an acoustic guitar ...

SOUNDS

The guitar is extremely versatile, I play mainly Toto, Santana's, I do not hate me rub Van Halen or Satriani, and that makes ...
I play on a Pod Live and contributes to the versatility of the guitar
My favorite sound is that of the "Van Halen" 5150 with the flanger and delay depending on the position of stereo microphones and adjusting the potentiometer range goes to his van halen superjazzy (with piezo) Sounds are extremely defined .

OVERALL OPINION

I use this guitar for a short week
I love the sound of this guitar, ease of use is bluffing when playing this guitar it seems to have made great progress technologically. The notes sound effortless precisely placed his finger on the button and presto the sound comes out ...
For harmonics is a little like we think they are attacking a harmonic and a little hop vla eddy tumbling ....
I replay the guitar (seriously) for 5 years is the most beautiful guitar I have ever try ....
The Argus AF is around 2400 euros for the model "metal" is an expensive guitar that I had the chance to share.
My only complaint is that this guitar aspect Extremely simple, if sad, I think the woods are not enhanced by the varnish the handle has no inlays, in short a little sad. Since c ' is a limited edition there is no question of changing his appearance so do with that so I would put 9 in overall opinion because of this minor inconvenience
