I replaced the two doubles with two DiMarzio ToneZone. Huge and very versatile

UTILIZATION

A true boulevard, well-balanced, heavy but not excessively.
With Dimarzio, the sound is perfect

SOUNDS

Although very versatile, it is oriented metal (especially with ToneZone). I have a Les Paul for rock n roll.
I use a Marshall JCM 800 Lead Series of 1984 (another gem)

I like everything, the body re-cut, color (Transredes), the perfect violin, the sound ...

OVERALL OPINION

I use it less and less, but I practice since 1992.
It was worth every penny.

If I could, I would do this choice without hesitation.

The TH1 Stealth is a slightly different version of the Soloist/Dinky style guitars. The main thing with these guitars is that they're 22 frets instead of the normal 24 frets, and it results in a tonal change in the neck pickup. The guitar has the following specs:

Basswood body
Maple bolt-on neck with a rosewood fretboard
22 jumbo frets with dot inlays
Licensed floyd rose
HSH configuration
One volume, one tone
Five way switch

UTILIZATION

There were a few problems with this, although they were kinda minor. The fret ends on this were a bit sharp. You could instantly tell whenever you started sliding your hand up and down the neck. 15 minutes with a special triangle file would fix this problem. The frets themselves were fairly level, so no issues there. The floyd on this isn't that great. I find that they're cheaper than the regular floyds, and they don't seem to flutter as nicely. I recommend replacing it with a higher quality one like the original Floyd Rose or the Gotoh licensed one.

SOUNDS

The HSH configuration makes this guitar crazy versatile. The pickups in this were also replaced with better pickups. There was a Duncan Custom in the bridge with a Duncan JB in the neck. The middle was the stock pickup. The Duncan Custom in the bridge delivered a nice, fat sound, and it helped even everything out on this guitar. I really like this pickup a lot. The middle pickup was pretty useless alone, but it works great when combined with the neck or bridge. The JB in the neck is a pickup you don't see a lot, and it can be a bit bright. However, it's got tons of power, and it can deliver a cool lead sound that you don't hear too often.

OVERALL OPINION

The Stealths are cool, but I find myself missing the extra two frets at times. I'm not sure if the neck pickup tone is worth the trade off for the extra two high frets, but I'm a lead player. The pickups were swapped on this, and I felt they really brought it to life more than the stock ones that are normally found in these.
