UTILIZATION

The neck is superb
it is quite heavy but not too well done
Access to acute is his strong point is the well-rounded back fits well the shape of the hand
clear sound is amazing for a guitar called very metal,

I have purchased to mostly metal super clean sound very good, but crystalline distortion THE THE HIC?? lack of fishing lack of grain as if it had a défo.je n was not able to try the car ordered on the net. but with temp j have the impression that it sounds better and better bizard can be the aging of wood??

I have bought black because cheaper but very expensive as even

- Alder body
- Run driver stocky, affects bne, 24 boxes, inlaid mother of pearl (I have to straighten it when I reu guitar ...)
- 2 Seymour Duncan SH4 humbuckers (bridge) and SH1 (handle) with 3 positions slecteur
- 2 knobs (volume and tone)
- Fixed bridge with strings through the body (not Floyd Rose)

I put 9 / 10 because the handle poorly rgl (l that price is a bit much).

UTILIZATION

- The neck is slim, it seems to play as soon as the very first time that takes in hand.
- Access in acute could not be easier, no doubt thanks to the handle driver.
- It is pluttlgre, and form "Stratocaster" makes the game comfortable. No complaints to this level, the foot!

I had heard that the knobs too taient prs strings and it gnait the game are actually situs just below, but I never felt that was affected my game in any fawn.

OVERALL OPINION

I've had four months and I can say without risk of being wrong that he is a great guitar! The best of which I have never jou regarding saturated sounds, well ahead of Gibson, ESP, LAG, and Music Man I've experienced before. This scratch is a real killer!
The look is great, the game ultra comfortable, the disto incredible, and I would do so this choice without hsitation. The only minor drawback is that it is so enjoyable that I play my other guitars ... dlaisse

The Jackson SL2H is the hardtail version of the famous SL2 that Jackson has offered for years upon years. It was constructed in the 80s to serve those who wanted the utmost performance out of their guitars. This guitar features a strat style alder body, maple neck, ebony fretboard with sharkfin inlays, hard tail bridge, HH configuration, a volume knob, a tone knob and a 3 way switch.

UTILIZATION

The hard tail bridge on this is what most people are looking at, and it's a very nice bridge that sounds great. These guitars tend to resonate a bit more than their floyded variants. The neck-thru design that Jackson used on this guitar is wonderful. There are absolutely no issues at all with getting to the higher frets. Those of you who had issues with the Dinky DK1 will probably be looking into either this or the SL1. The really cool thing about this is that it has a compound radius. That means that chording on the lower register is much easier to do, and big bends on the higher register won't fret out like they would on a normal radius. The fretwork on this guitar is usually really good, too.

SOUNDS

This guitar isn't quite as versatile as the original SL1, but it's still a great guitar. The JB in the bridge gives it this awesome sound that works for nearly any style of music you throw at it. Most people associate it with rock, but it can do metal and even jazz fusion without much of a problem. The '59 in the neck is my "go to" Duncan pickup, and it is absolutely wonderful. It has a nice bite to it, but it also has some warmth to where it handles fat lead lines with ease.

OVERALL OPINION

The SL2HT is for people who are looking for a performance hard tail guitar, and this Jackson delivers. The fretwork is great, the tone is very nice, it's fairly versatile and just feels nice. I'm actually more of a floyd guy, but these guitars seem to resonate a bit more than the floyd equipped versions.
