Schecter started to unveil its new 2014 models, and will put again in its catalog the C-1 Classic, which had been discontinued late 2000.
The C-1 Classic 2014 Edition features the original guitar specifications, with a quilted maple arched top, a thru-body neck with rosewood fingerboard on which you’ll find an Abalone Vine of Life inlay. Scale length is 25.5".
As for the electronics, Schecter used two Seymour Duncan JB/Jazz pickups, two knobs and a 5-way pickup switch. The bridge is a TonePros Tune-O-Matic with string-thru-body design and the hardware is golden.
The C-1 Classic will be available at the beginning of January, 2014 in both right and left-handed versions, with an Antique Amber finish. Street price will be $899.
