This was purchased as a gift (cool huh?) at Drum City Guitarland out of Wheat Ridge, Colorado. They beat anyones prices on Schecter and are great guys to deal with. I had been scoping them out when they hit the market originally and talked my fiance into buing it as a bithday present. She paid around $650.

I absolutely love evrything about it. The playability, sustain, tonal qualities and visual aspects. I have a '91 Gibson Firebird V, a '91 Mockingbird, an old strat well you get the idea...but I use the Schecter almost exclusively.

The only issue I had was with the pots. For some reason Schecter installs linear pots (or at least they did 2 years ago). I had the 3 pots (and resistors) replaced with 500k audio's for around $40.
Thats it!

Its definitely solid, mahogany body/maple top, neck-thru with grovers. You really have to play it. The Duncans' are extremely responsive to the touch, and can overdrive depending on how hard you pick.

Ive played for 30 years. This is the nicest axe Ive come across, and Ill put it up against any of them out there.
