Value For Money :
Excellent
Squier by Fender Japan 1993: strat made in Korea. From 1996, it's all made in Korea, from 1991 to 1996, Japan's products, assembled in Korea.
This is a good strat classic in appearance, light! 3.2 kg
22 frets, bridge and tremolo fender japan ...
Bolt almost flat, a little broad, but thin.
Micro x 3 single coil fender japan: fender strat, but his feeble (6.5 ohm output). it went very well balloche

Since the late 90 '/ 2000 squier is cheap.
UTILIZATION
Handle very nice! easy to play back is smooth, fast.
Despite its fragile appearance, only one setting in 17 years!
3.2 kg who says better? for 5h prom nights, it was nickel (with another skyscraper next to the heavier pieces)
SOUNDS
Well when I arr ^ tee the ball, the strat being tb state, I "upgraded" with a set of microphones "fender hot noiseless Jeff Beck" it changed me EVERYTHING! pity I did not know these mics before: I feel like a U.S., and I'm sick when some hear the sound that can be squier.
No more feedback (they are dual coils, intermediate between SC and Hb), and strong punch!
So 6/10 and before 9/10 ever since!
Note that I have 4 other guitars much more "values"!
OVERALL OPINION
For 17 years, she accompanied me in the plans or galleys for my guitar lessons or music without flinching. But I set the "hot noiseless J Beck" since 4/5 years which makes another product.
In summary, a current squier guitar is to advise that beginners ^ true, though at the time there was still a certain quality.
