I also have a Shure I'm testing for 1 year.
I want a neutral sound, but with a good spectrum.
Restitution generally is quite good despite the volume a bit low, I note, however, a slight frustration at the low (I do electronic music) that lack made, when I switch on my speakers (Prodipe PRO8) I often surprises. That's why I no longer use this headset for voice and decision-acoustic instrumentals.
Where the rub is really more in terms of materials used: the sleeve top is literally melting on my head and crack the pads around their stowage. This forced me to put on the jacket and blundering on the pads, the result is quite ugly.
I do not know if some encounter such problems, I used a lot for 6-8 months (~ 3-8h/jour), but the sheath that melts it's downright amazing. It's a shame it's a beautiful thing and very ergonomic at the base ... no ear fatigue or physical ...
Obviously I will not purchase this headphone, I'm buying the AKG 271 MKII my first date in 2006 and getting tired ... (headphone that I recommend highly seen more than its qualities).
