I use it for two or three months now. I tried a lot of models that I can not remember much more exact references, Beyer dynamic and Seinnheiser.

I think this headset is ideal for use as I did: sound outside (shooting reportage atmosphere) and for sound analysis work requiring very close listening (because, I repeat, we hear everything clearly and not artistically!)

If he were to miss a headphone for this kind of work, there are chances that I redo the same choice. Unless you find another model with the same characteristics and whose sound would suit me more, because for the pleasure of listening to music, I orienterais to another product better suited to listening comfort and with a sound more attractive rendering.

My ratings for this product naturally take into account its use in the aforementioned professional setting!

I appreciate his isolation outside noise (rather convenient for recording out). It is true that not shake your head hurt, but the insulation wins, and I use it for that! Alternatively, for a longer listening, it would be a bit tiring.

The headphone is solid, and that's fine because I am led me to move often. Its connection is replaceable (the wire is held by means of a clamping screw to two, and easily disconnect headphones).

My choice turned to this model for the technical advantages mentioned above, and also because I liked its low (down to 36Hz) and midbass are clear and distinct (as opposed to many headphones he is impossible to discern clearly anything in this part of the spectrum) and I had a great perception of the central image. Used intensively since March 2014 comfortable and efficient. Listen, lightweight headset and well isolated from the outside world for many perceive everything we hear between the two headphones.

Originally purchased to replace my Panasonic definitely too oriented "headphones for MP3" and supercharged bass. The HD 25 was originally not intended to be recording, mixing only in control, but given its qualities, and although it is shallower than my Panasonic, I also used my cabin making voice because it is better to sing with balanced in his ears rather than his big bass made.

HD 25-1 holds well on the head; it is lightweight and does not fatigue. The atria are quite soft, which allows for long trouble free operation.

At first glance, this German headphone brand, but made in China seems quite fragile, but it has a detachable cable that when maneuvering a bit violent and accidental, is simply detached instead of breaking.

The audio quality is very good (much better than the old Prodipe) and the ear is well isolated from external ambient noise.

With the HD 25-1 (70 ohms), none of that: it is practical, solid or indestructible, and it sounds the death that kills, with precision, the insulation of the definition.
A (very) tiny default schedule breaks during sessions, because the pressure of the beast (poles?) Can harm small noreilles force (yes, well, at least 6-8 h, what .. .)
A change in headsets (after 10 years) and it is left like new!

The Sennheiser HD 25-1 II headphones have a closed back and detachable cord. When I first had the chance to listen to them I didn’t think that they would be any good to DJ with because I didn’t feel like the low end hit hard enough for me. So I kept them in my studio and didn’t take the chance on using them in the club. When using them in the studio I got some pretty good mixes from them. They did not color my sound and had very warm low end tones without over doing it. The highs and mids are pretty clean n these without being too sharp or bright.
These headphones do not have a great design to them. They look very simple and plain, they do not look like they should cost as much as they do. The only writing or bit of color on them is on the top of the part that goes over the head. They are all black and dull looking, but they are very comfortable. I have worn these for long sessions and they never got uncomfortable. It is even easy to take off the ear pads and change them out if you want to.
The HD 25-1 II are very durable and light, they frequency response is 16 Hz to 22 kHz and they have aluminum voice coils. These actually remind me of the HD-10 headphones that came out decades ago. The sounds of these headphones are really worth the price though. I was using them for about a year and half and never had any issues with them. For the price I don’t think you can get a better sound then what they provide. These where my main headphones for a while (in the studio). I never did try them to DJ with though because I didn’t think they low end was hitting enough for me but for studio use they are perfect and I recommend them!
