Tascam has launched a new website with the goals of making product information, downloads and support easier for users to access.
The new website includes a FAQ section for answers to technical questions. Operational support emails are now handled through a contact tool, and downloads and manuals can be accessed through several different paths. The new website has been designed with search optimization advances.
