« Nice little blues guitar »
Published on 08/18/11 at 14:37Fender telecaster is a fun and spanky tight guitar. It is a good clean sustaining tone that is very different than the Fender Stratocaster town. You get us sustain that is a single coil sustain that is it over the top game but gives a good deal with the body shape that it is.
The features are pretty minimal and this guitar you have a two single coil pickup a volume control knob and a tone control knob. You also have a pick up selector switch that goes to each picked up. And that is pretty much about it when it comes to features wise for this guitar.

SOUNDS
The tone of the fender telecaster is a unique tone that has a clean sustained town that is kind of a blend between a Fender Stratocaster and maybe a humbucker mahogany guitar. It's able to have a good ring to it that is good for blues music and country music. This guitar also excels it pretty much anything musically you can put it in except for new modern and metal tones. This guitar is made out of ash wood which gets a little thinner sound with it some maple neck. It sings well with clean guitar suit settings because of the lighter wood tone. These woods are brighter in the woods spectrum so therefore the grinding gainey distortion towns won't come out as well as a mahogany humbucker guitar. But when you put it in a mile overdrive or clean amplifier and this is where this guitar comes to life.
OVERALL OPINION
I highly recommend these guitars to anyone who knows a telecaster sound is looking for exactly that. At new these guitars come in right around $1100 which is a great price for an American made fender telecaster. These are exceptional guitars for dating musician or recording musician and I highly recommend anyone to own one of these at some point.
