This guitar was made in France in 1997 as evidenced by the serial number, shortly before James Trussart parte United States.
handle 24 cases. Telecaster shape and design, two humbuckers Joe Barden. is a model for left-handed.
UTILIZATION
When I bought it in May 2008, the strings were very close race with action close to zero. very comfortable to play, the handle is very comfortable. I do not play like that slide, I found slightly string action, without more, to continue to shrink for the agreements "slide out". even with a higher action, the handle is very comfortable. true happiness in access to acute, even on the 24th box, no problem.
as to its ... this is by far my best guitar, I also have a custom lespaul, two strata (all mounted and Joe Barden DiMarzio Chopper type), a 52 tele ri on which I replaced the neck pickup by gfs - same design Joe Barden. steeldeville this is a killer. I only play with virtually the neck pickup, "softer" than the bridge. I mix the two sometimes. knob the tone is a bit brutal, the tone control is done only on a quarter of the race, but it is very effective. it takes a little practice (the same thing on the TV), the volume knob is for its more progressive.
SOUNDS
it should be no problem to my style is blues rock slide. Joe Barden pickups and do their job, no problems.
I get almost every sound I want, but of course it depends on the effects and amp used. I played this guitar with different amps: Soldano reverb o sonic, fender deville 4X10 head bugera 6262, 30w laney (I still use sometimes) and now I travel light with a great header which is the night train 15W Vox. about the effects, mainly TS9 and od9 (marriage Ibanez / Maxon, I recommend!) a bullit fat vintage, and some other effects which a boss giga delay DD20. the head is usually on the clean channel with a bit of crunch, I get the overdrive pedals pre cited. Clear sound, or saturated, slide, this guitar sings.
OVERALL OPINION
I've since May 2008. I said that I have a lefty model. I have absolutely not tried other models, impossible to find left-handed (or very rare). I bought it used in a music store in the Val d'Oise I know well, for 2400 euros.
I love this guitar, I have nothing against him except that it is sensitive to temperature variations, which may affect its tuning sometimes.
I should also mention that this guitar has a chameleon side, she takes on the colors around him! see photos on my site
sometimes it participates in light show based on the placement of commercials ... funny! reflecting the light of projos on the public, it can be fun! (I need not much )
