MGR/Rude Boy
« Peavey Generation EXP »
Published on 08/31/04 at 15:00I purchased the guitar from an on-line retailer for less that $130.00 USD. I have always been attracted to a Tele and could not pass up the chance to purchase a copy for at he price offered.
The most attractive part is the price. But, its low price did not mean low quality.
The fit and finish was first rate considering the price. Other than adjusting the bridge on the high e and tuning, it was ready to play out of the box.
I ordered a gold colored guitar based on the catalog and on line decriptions.
When it arrived it was more of a Honey Blonde w/ Black Pick Guard instead of the Gold w/ White Pick Guard. But, I grew to like the color combination.
For the price, I was surprised by the fit and finish.
For beginning player or an experienced player need a back up or practice guitar, you cannot go wrong with the Generation EXP.
