« A wonder ... »
Published on 01/14/11 at 06:0115 watt tube amplifier into 8 ohms. (3 12AX7 and 2 EL84)
An HP Celestion G12H30
Channel (plus a boost: the Fat)
Volume, Master, Middle, Bass, Treble, Reverb
UTILIZATION
Usage is very simple, sound in general is breathtaking. The manual is lacking, and we understand why.
SOUNDS
The Blues Junior is especially suited to the blues (until then I not too wet), but also suit players of jazz, funk, rock or even a little "dusty". Crunches are obtained couillus well with the volume turned up and the master at 1-2. The sound clarity is stunning, warm, round, slamming through a stratum.
In addition, the reverb is really superb.
OVERALL OPINION
Overall this amp is a real blow to the heart. Bought 700 € in stores yesterday (it was the latter: D) I am truly filled by this rather unique amp with a tweed finish to fall on the floor, a speaker of higher quality than the black plastic version of the Blues Junior Giants and sounds through a technique to the old (long live the single-channel saturation and natural!). In short, ruez you on those you might see, they are really worth!
