Published on 10/01/11 at 22:42Lamp full.
15 or 30 W switchable discretion.
Openback Combo with Celestion Greenback G 2 x 12 M.
2 Channels control by foot switch:
- Channel 1 volume Basic severe acute.
- Canal 2 with master, presence, "Varitone" etc.. (See website Hayden).
UTILIZATION
Very simple configuration.
Very nice grain. From clean to warm natural overdrive with "Varitone".
Hayden Manuel on the site but no particular value.
SOUNDS
Is perfect for my style of music: Rock, Blues etc..
Used two guitars: Gibson Marauder 1975 and Crafter SA QMT. + P90.
Preferences for sounds clean and light crunch.
The large distortion does not interest me: rock metal eg.
OVERALL OPINION
In service since July 2011.
Am in the process of discovery of this amp (+ documented post to come).
I had a 1964 Fender Custom Vibroverb home which is a reference for combos, I have tried any other model, not need.
The value for money is very good. View over time but at all talks and lights be repaired very easily.
It is too early to say whether this choice I would do but now it seems a very good buy considering the domestic use only I have.
I am an active bassist in a band and I play the guitar at home alone.
