The knob "Reverb" reverb "old school" with just an adjustable knob.
The knob "Presence" adds brilliance to the sound very practical to vary the sounds clear quickly.
The knob "Preamp" manages a portion of the volume and gain.
The knob "Volume": the output volume of the amp.

UTILIZATION
Could not be more simple! It is a single channel amp with an equalizer that covers a wide spectrum of sound with added reverb and a knob "Gain" which is a beautiful clean through the soft crunch to overdrive quite muscular and finishing with a pretty gross distortion worthy of the group stoner metal.
The knob "Presence" is simple: just stop to turn when the sound becomes too loud!
Difficult to have a bad sound, frankly, what comes out is almost always good especially the beautiful clean. If you want a distortion further and more accurate, the best solution is to get a pedal, but personally it suits me perfectly.
The manual (in English) provided a sticker (too cool) and report the usual things: safety, general options, etc ... but in a nice and fun. It provides practical information to get a good clean sound or highly saturated.

SOUNDS
This amp made by Soldano is perfect for my style of music: blues rock through the Southern rock and metal.
Materials used:
Ibanez Ex-series 1700 + Electro-Harmonix Metal Muff
Clean: neck position
Saturated: the bridge position
Sounds:
Wide spectrum of sounds, the equalizer is complete.
First of all clean. One word: ex-llent it. This has made all the difference when I tested a dozen tube amp at a price equivalent. The clean is simply superb, it can be just as bold lens by varying the knobs. The knob "Presence" is very convenient to do this quickly.
Now lets the distortion of the amp. Not bad at all, the knobs "Gain" can play all sounds Saturated crunch / overdrive / distortion. The crunch and the overdrive is very good to me, although I am not a connoisseur. The distortion is good, albeit for a metal fan like me, you would gain even more!
With the pedal: the huge distortion with a large range of sound.
With this amp, for the typical distortion really metal, it will take much digging the sound by turning down the middle to 2-3.

OVERALL OPINION
This will make two weeks I use this amp and I am satisfied. Passing the lights of the transistor was a revolution, I'm really not disappointed.
I tried a dozen tube amps in the budget € 400 / 550 of a power equal or greater in one day and here is the verdict: they are about equal in the distorted sounds, but the Jet City JCA2112RC the crushed all thanks to its clean sound incredible.

Another big plus point: the quality / price! The quality is excellent and priced the same for all the lamps, one sees not the masses. Soldano thank you!
I would do without hesitation that choice
