Amp while 6L6
black, a central grip
it is not far from 50 kilos (horror transport)
80W 2 x 12 insert effects
clear footswitch / saturated reverb +
high gain / low gain switch + crunch and bright
gain, volume, bass, mid, treble, presence of rglage and resonnance
PRVU space for the power cord
The finish of this amp is perfect

USE

Setup is simple but the amp pulls a little to high and this done, it is quite difficult settle. We must take time to find the right rglages especially for average earnings (rock) the beast tends to be packed. As against the resonnance really brings a big plus keeping the sound including bass.
It does not heat up too much from some combos

SONORITS

It is perfect for my style of music but it is not PRVU in theory for the clean channel but I find the formidable in this range of sound.
I play Stratocaster, Jazzmaster or DeArmond (humbucker) the sound is warm and does not bleed, it is a formidable precision. The sound of the guitar is very faithfully transcribed

In terms of the same opinion that crunch for clear sound but watch the attack of the strings.
The saturated channel can be exploited for the most extreme styles of music. Nothing even with sound Marshall typ some fat (6L6 requires).
I never use the reverb but it can be effective.
Something very important: let it heat long enough the sound will be better.
Cons: the breath (light or saturated rglage the gain for rock sounds.

NOTICE GLOBAL

I had bought for his departure in lights (6L6) and I not find in other brands (Twinreverb or JCM 800) a model really suited my needs.
I use it for 6 or 8 years is a very particular amp that we could describe as modern for those seeking an amp polyvalant, must try !!!
In the same way as a Marshall, Fender, Mesa Boogies Riviera (prices not justified my taste), Laney, Gibson, H & K, this big combo has its place and fits perfectly on many grounds.
